BREAKING NEWS: Ken Agyapong FINALLY Heads Home
Peacefmonline.com can authoritatively confirm that the New Patriotic Party’s Member of Parliament for Assin North, Kennedy Agyapong, has finally been released and is heading home.

But before he heads home, the NPP firebrand is expected to address supporters of the party at the headquarters in Asylum Down.
Call it “A Tale of Two Bails” and you would not be far from right.
The Assin North has been through what can pass for a marathon legal session today before he finally breath a breathe of fresh air.
An Accra High Court 21 granted the NPP MP bail after another round of legal battle between the state and the embattled MP's team of lawyers.
Earlier in the day, a Human Rights Court presided over by Justice Kofi Essel-Mensah granted him bail with two sureties in the sum of GH¢ 200,000 after he was charged on three counts of treason, treason felony and attempted genocide for declaring "war".
He was granted bail on health grounds and because he is a Member of Parliament after his lawyers filed an application for habeas corpus, which was upheld by the court on Thursday.
The NPP firebrand is reported to have high blood pressure and is also a diabetic patient
The court also held that the police cannot re-arrest him until he appears in court on the 24th of April.
But the state later amended the treason related charges after his defense team secured the first bail to engaging in acts of terrorism at an Accra Hight Court.
Peacefmonline sources say state prosecutors argued they were unaware that the Human Rights Court had granted the Assin North MP bail.
Though the trial judge, Justice Charles Quist, conceded that the lawmaker's comments were in bad taste, the new charges against him (engaging in acts of terrorism), he said, were unfamiliar with the country's law.
He thus also granted him bail in the sum of GH¢200,000 to be justified. The Assin North MP was made to sign a bond to be of good behaviour until the final determination of the case.
